Lovins is the cofounder of the Rocky Mountain Institute (www.rmi.org), a research, consulting, and educational organization that combines advanced systems analysis, biological research, and technological insight with new market and business models to provide an environmental framework for the productivity and prosperity of both corporations and individuals. A member of the California Bar, Lovins holds a BA from Pitzer College and a JD from Loyola University. In her spare time, she volunteers as an EMT on the local fire/rescue service and rides rodeo. ---- "All things interact, often in ways we don't understand. But at the same time, if we understand the interactions better, the solutions we come up with will go further than we might initially have thought. The solutions can then beget even more solutions." | |||||||||||||||||
